Otepää, known for its stunning landscapes and outdoor activities, also offers a rich gastronomic and cultural experience.

Immerse yourself in a world of delicious flavors and unforgettable adventures! The popular Otepää Restaurant Week, “Flavours of Otepää”, takes place twice a year – in spring and autumn or winter.
Local flavors and culinary experiences
The highly popular Otepää restaurant festival Flavors of Otepää (Otepää Maitsed), will take place from December 4 – 14, 2025.
The festival menus feature exciting delicacies, complemented by a selection of beverages, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic. Ugandi Resto will once again offer a special children’s menu. A three-course special menu will be available at local restaurants for €29 – €38. Advance booking is required!
This time, there is also a new food venue among the participants – Chilli Wok, which offers beloved Asian cuisine.

The Otepää Flavors festival is organized by Otepää Municipality Government in collaboration with local businesses, with support from Otepää Municipality. Co-financed by the European Union.

Ugandi resto
Price: €38
Starter: carrots with various textures (glazed, fermented purple carrot, carrot sauce, and carrot chips)
Main course: beef petite tender and winter vegetables (organic grass-fed beef petite tender, sweet potato brûlée, pumpkin cream, caper broccolini, and rosemary sauce)
Dessert: almond and kumquat (almond cake, kumquat mousse, pumpkin and vanilla gelato)
*All dishes will be adjusted for anyone who prefers plant-based dishes, with any animal products being replaced. Please notify us of this when booking a table and leave everything else to us.
FOR CHILDREN: children’s menu for €15
Starter: carrot and apple mousse, parmesan chips
Main course: organic grass-fed pulled beef, sweet potato and potato purée, tomato sauce, and warm carrot and broccolini salad
Dessert: Almond cake, vanilla gelato, mandarin

On Saturday 13 December at 6:00 pm, we would like to invite you to Ugandi Resto to enjoy an evening which is fully focussed on one master: the Silverspoon 2024 Best Chef in Estonia and a jury member of MasterChef Estonia, Silver Illak. This is an evening in which Nordic nature and Silver’s creative handwriting meet in winter harmony to create a journey of flavours which is bold, pure, and poetic. More info.
